I’ve had my original Wolfpack Gear Rigger/Last Chance Belt for 15 years and love it! It is worn everyday at work and when instructing.
What separates this belt from other belts is the v-buckle is on a tether that swings out from the belt, putting the carbine a few inches away from your body. This allows for easier attachment, and it also creates a higher center of gravity. During instruction it makes for a quick anchor point for demonstrations.
A distinguishing factor is that Wolfpack Gear were one of the first manufacturers years ago to use the Cobra buckle for this type of belt, which for first responders, make it much faster to buckle.
I just bought two more so I can have one for the firehouse, one for instructing, and one for home.
The one at the academy at the end of the day is often wet with water and sweat, so having a separate one there is great. I don’t like bringing uniforms home from the firehouse, so know I’ll have for home too.
Strong work!!!
